Pumpkinfest is taking a year off while the East Allegheny Community Council works to bring it back in 2027. To make sure neighborhood children still have a special Halloween celebration this year, EACC and Discover Deutschtown are teaming up for a smaller, free party for kids.
Join us for a morning of fall fun, including Barbara’s Pumpkin Patch—with a pumpkin for every child—pumpkin, cookie, and candy bag decorating, arts and crafts, games, music, a balloon artist, face painting, and trick-or-treating with neighborhood organizations and local businesses. Children will also have the option of a meal.
We’re grateful to the neighbors, businesses, and organizations helping make the party possible, including Buhl, Giant Eagle, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allegheny Health Network, and the Northside Rotary Club.
Want to get involved? We’d love help from neighbors and local businesses with volunteering, candy donations, trick-or-treat stops, and sharing the word. To get involved, email info@deutschtown.org.
